- Browser type and device: for debugging and display optimization

- Payment card details (handled by payment processors if/when billing is introduced)

3. How We Use Your Information

- Power the AI advisor (your questions are sent to a locally hosted AI model — not to OpenAI or other third-party AI APIs)

4. AI Advisor Privacy
When you use the AI advisor feature, your question and relevant country context are sent to an AI language model running on our own infrastructure. Your questions are not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any third-party AI provider.
Questions are processed to generate a response and may be stored in our database for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not use your AI questions to train AI models.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers: hosting (server infrastructure), analytics (Google Analytics in anonymized form), and email delivery — only as needed to operate the Site
- Law enforcement: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data would transfer to the successor entity, and you would be notified
